Loretta Lynn won't be performing this weekend as originally planned. The country legend has postponed her shows Friday and Saturday at the Grand Casino Mille Lacs Event Center in Onamia, Minnesota. A post on the venue's website cites "family health concerns."
TasteOfCountry.com says Loretta will be with her daughter Cissie, who's scheduled to have surgery on Friday. Cissie and her sister Peggy have both mentioned the operation in Facebook posts, but haven't offered any details on her condition.
Lynn also postponed her show Thursday in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It has been rescheduled for March 26th. The make-good dates for the Minnesota concerts haven't been announced yet.
Loretta is expected to return to the stage with her show in Davenport, Iowa on September 18th.
