The Grammys are all about historic performances, and this year's 56th annual awards were no exception.
Daft Punk brought their latest album Random Access Memories to life when they performed for the first time since its release, alongside the legendary Stevie Wonder, Nile Rogers, and of course, Pharrell Williams for their second Grammy performance ever.
The group performed the robots' smash hit "Get Lucky" with some classics sprinkled in between, in a '70s recording studio-looking stage setting.
The performance had EVERYONE up out of their seats and dancing:
Sir Paul McCartney
And fellow Beatle, Ringo Starr
King Jay and Queen Bey
Country superstar Keith Urban
John Legend & wife Chrissy Teigen
King of the thrift shop, Macklemore
And even Nate Ruess of fun.!
It's safe to say Daft Punk stole the show .. and the entire Grammy awards for that matter! The robots were nominated in 5 different categories, and took home a Grammy for every single one. They won for Best Dance/Electronica Album, Best Engineered Album, Best Pop/Duo Group Performance, Record of the Year, and the award of the night: Album of the Year.
