Convicted killer Nikko Jenkins has been found not competent to be sentenced.  A hearing was held last week where several psychiatrists testified that Jenkins suffers from mental illness while others claim it is just an act.  A judge ruled that Jenkins' competency will have to be restored before he is sentenced and scheduled a hearing on July 29th to determine how that can be done.

Jenkins was convicted of killing four people last August just weeks after his release from prison.  Jenkins faces the death penalty for those murders.
