Motley Crue is hanging up its guitars for good. The heavy metal band plans to say goodbye with 72 concerts before retiring.

The rockers made the announcement at a press conference Tuesday in Hollywood. Alice Cooper will tour with the group.  Omaha fans will be able to see the group perform at the Century Link Center on November 13, one of the final stops on the tour.

Tickets will go on sale Saturday at the Century Link Center Box Office and through Ticketmaster.

A Motley Crue tribute album is in the works, as is a big-screen version of the band's 2002 book, "The Dirt.''
