A man who was suspected of robbing a convenience store early Thursday morning was quickly nabbed.

Police were called to the Kum And Go near 120th and Blondo around 3:15 a.m., and told a man armed with a pipe or baton had robbed the store, then headed north.

Officers arrested 27-year-old Christopher James a short time later near 121st and Patrick.

James was booked for robbery and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
