This 4-year-old boy named Sebastian went on a candy run by himself using his Grandpa's SUV, according to City Pages. Sebastian says that he took the keys by using his grandpa's walker. He got into Hyundai Santa Fe, drove a mile and a half to the speedway, looked like a drunk driver zig-zagging through neighborhoods, made it to the gas station, and got his Reese's Cups! According to Fox 9, Captain Mark Boerboom of Blaine says, "this isn’t a case of neglect or questionable childcare. Sebastian is just a “funny little kid” who “knew a little too much.”
