Alan Jackson and Chris Stapleton have been added as performers at the 11th annual ACM Honors taking place on Wednesday (August 23rd) at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum and Jimmy Webb along with previously announced performers Vince Gill, Little Big Town, Maren Morris, Brad Paisley and Hillary Scott will present to previously announced honorees. In addition, Nashville stars Clare Bowen and Charles Esten along with Cassadee Pope and Brett Young will participate in special off-camera moments in the ceremony.
Alan and Chris join the previously announced performance lineup including Kelsea Ballerini, Vince Gill, Toby Keith, Little Big Town, Maren Morris, Brad Paisley, Thomas Rhett, Hillary Scott, and George Strait.
The 11th Annual ACM Honors is an evening dedicated to celebrating the special honorees and off-camera category winners from the 52nd Academy of Country Music Awards which took place back in April in Las Vegas. The two-hour televised special will air on Friday, September 15th at 9 p.m. ET on CBS. Tickets for the taping are available at Ticketmaster.com and the Ryman Auditorium box office.
