Gunnar Nyblad of Gunnar & The Grizzly Boys came to country music with idols like David Allen Coe, Jamey Johnson, Neil Young, and Tom Petty. But it was Big & Rich that showed him that his rockin' style of country music could be successful.
So you can imagine how excited Gunnar was when he had the opportunity to write with Big Kenny. They got together at Kenny's house and spent 17 hours over 2 days getting to know each other, writing and Gunnar even pruned Kenny's trees.
The first song they wrote was "Heart Of Dynamite".
Gunnar & The Grizzly Boys will play in Springfield, NE on July 31st just before the Sarpy County Fair kicks off..
