High Protein Diets Could Be Bad For Men!


According to a new study, middle-aged men who have a lot of protein in their diets could be at greater risk for heart failure.

Researchers found that guys between the ages of 42 and 60 who ate diets rich in meat and dairy protein were at a higher risk for developing heart disease than others who consumed plenty of fish, plant proteins, and even eggs. (New York Post)
