Police Officer going viral because of unforgettable and unfortunate name

On Thursday, the UK broadcaster ITV aired a story about the impact that budget cuts have had on local police forces. Among the cops interviewed for the piece was an Avon & Somerset officer named Rob Banks, who's now going viral because he's a cop named Rob Banks. "We have a Chief Outlaw here in Portland, Oregon. Not kidding," tweeted Ellen Conway, while Steve Marsh added, "I always loved the leader of the Catholic Church somewhere around Malaysia, I believe: Cardinal Sin."
