When creating signs for the Men's NCAA Final Four tournament, the organization spelled a few words incorrectly.
I can understand misspelling "liability". That one can be tricky.
So, when they spelled it "libility", I'll give them a pass.
But ... misspelling "NCAA"? Uh, that's like asking for the phone number to 911.
The sign actually says "NCCA".
