Being a child in foster care has to be one of the hardest things right now. Who is really going out to adoption agencies in the middle of a pandemic? No one right? Well, that's actually not true. A Tennessee couple, Chris and Paul Beanblossom made the decision to adopt 17 yr old Michael over a zoom call, after not being able to go to the courts due to COVID19. The couple has been married for 5 years and has had many opportunities to get to know Michael making them fall in love with him. Michael has been in the foster care system since his mother passed away and has lived in nine different homes over the past five years and labeled a "high risk". No matter this difficult time in the world, there are still good people doing wonderful things to be a blessing to others. “He just kind of came in and took over our hearts,” Chad says. “He’s taught us just as much, if not more, than we have him. It’s really hard to imagine our lives without him.” That speaks volume. Praying a lifetime of peace and love for the entire family as they begin to build a future together.
