- Amazon Prime Day is today and you want to take advantage of some great deals but haven't or don't want to shell out $119 for a Prime membership fee.
- ZDNet.com has a couple of ways that you can take full advantage of Amazon Prime Day without spending over $100 on that annual fee.
- Tip #1 - If you haven't signed up for Amazon Prime in the last twelve months, you qualify for a free 30-day trial. Look for the yellow "Try Prime" button to sign up. Just don't forget to cancel the trial before your 30 days are up!
- Tip #2 - If you're a student you can sign up to Amazon Prime for free for six months and then pay less than $7 a month if you want to continue your membership. Search for "Prime Student" in Amazon's search bar.
- Tip #3 - Amazon doesn't advertise this one as loudly as the annual membership, but you can buy a Prime membership for one month for $12.99 which will pay for itself with that free Prime shipping you'll get as a member.
