Texas Driver Cited for Using Carpool Lanes with Skeleton Passenger

A driver in Texas was popped illegally using the HOV lane.
He was using a Halloween skeleton to make it look like he had an additional passenger in the car with him so he could the Katy Tollway HOV lanes.
The driver did try to make the skeleton a little more convincing - by placing a trucker's cap on it.
Harris County Constable for Precinct 5, Ted Heap, used every dad joke he could on Facebook, writing that "cops had a feeling in their bones that something wasn't right. Our deputies saw right through the ruse and issued the driver a bone-afide citation. After a sternum lecture, deputies wished him bone voyage!"
