Exercise Snacking is the latest trend!

Have you heard of exercise snacking? No, it’s not eating while you workout. Instead, it’s about breaking down your workouts into smaller, shorter sessions. Basically, instead of a long workout of 45-60 minutes, you do a few 10-15 minutes workouts throughout the day. And according to fitness experts, these “bite-sized” workouts can be just as good for you as longer ones.
