Have you seen the price of eggs lately? The price has skyrocketed the past few weeks. Why? Well, inflation is to blame for some of it and even weather conditions this past year. But the biggest issue why eggs are so expensive is the bird flu which wiped out more than 50 million hens!
So, if you find eggs on sale at the store...you can actually put them in the freezer for up to a year! Then just pull them out when you need them. However...you don't want to put them in the freezer in their shell. So - a helpful hack is to use a large ice-cube tray!
