A Malibu Barbie Café is coming to New York and Chicago. According to Bucket Listers, the company behind the popup restaurant, the café will be a throwback to 1970s Malibu Barbie “beachside energy,” set inside her famous California dream home. The “fast-casual” food will be created by MasterChef semi-finalist Becky Brown. The popup is set to open on May 17th in NYC and on June 7th in Chicago.
