Experts Now Say It’s Okay To Sleep In On Weekends

Do you like to sleep a little bit later on the weekend? Sleep experts used to think that sleeping in wasn't good for you because it threw off your sleep schedule. Now, the National Sleep Foundation has a new recommendation on the best sleep practices. After reviewing 63 studies, sleep doctors and experts now say that sleeping in for an hour or two on the weekends can help you make up for lost sleep.
