Fashion house Balenciaga is pushing the envelope yet again – this time with a handbag designed to look like a regular size bag of chips … retailing for $1,750. The clutch bags come in three designs, or "flavors," including Spicy Chili, Cheese and Onion, and Salt and Vinegar. Sorry, chips aren’t included. Last year, the company was charging $1,800 for a purse made to look like a trash bag.
