The Empire State Building is charging teenagers to be able to ask their date out to the prom. For 250-dollars a couple, a "Promposal" ticket will enable students to use huge PROM letters on the 86th floor Observatory for a photo op, along with complimentary sparkling cider "to celebrate their yes!" Once they have their special moment, they can make their way up to the 102nd Floor Observatory to take in the 360-degree views. The building says the event will go through May.
