If Riley Green thought his vertically challenged pup, Carl the Cowboy Corgi, was stealing his spotlight, we don't know what he's going to do now that he has a new co-star.
Carl, yes Carl, just introduced us to Carol Ann through his Instagram page. She appears to share the same close-to-the-ground stature as Carl, but where he is a Corgi/Blue Heeler, she looks like a Corgi/Red Heeler.
