The emergency phone services on iOS 18 are about to get an upgrade, as 911 dispatchers will soon be able to video call you during an emergency. If all goes according to plan, 911 emergency dispatchers can ask callers to share a live video or upload a recorded one from your camera roll. This, of course, will help dispatchers get a better sense of what’s going on.
