Wednesday (September 18th) is National Cheeseburger Day and to celebrate, McDonald’s is offering 50-cent double cheeseburgers for the day through their app. The move comes as the global fast food chain is looking for ways to give more value to their customers and follows the Free Fries Friday promotion and the extension of the $5 Meal Deals through the end of 2024. Also getting in on the National Cheeseburger Day deals are competitors Wendy’s, who’s offering 1-cent Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers with any purchase from September 18th to the 22nd, and Burger King, where you can get a free cheeseburger with any purchase on September 18th.
