  • Detroit Lions star Aiden Hutchinson does a lot of work off the field inspiring sick kids at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michgian.
  • When the news broke that Hutchinson suffered a season-ending injury, the kids wanted to do something for #97.
  • On Tuesday, the hospital released a touching tribute to the fallen Lions star as patients wrote messages for the man known as 'Hutch' on water jugs.
  • "💙 🦁 When Detroit Lions Aidan Hutchinson walks into the stadium on game day, he writes the name of a child on his water jug who is battling a critical illness or living with other challenges. He plays for them and names them Hutch Heroes. Many of the children highlighted he has met during his visits to Mott. Aidan has brought so much inspiration, joy and hope to our patients and families during devastating times. Today, our Little Victors and their families wrote words of encouragement on a water jug for him," they captioned their post.
  • In the video, the kids shared words of encouragement to their hero!
