The third installment of Dolly Parton's literary trio that includes Storyteller and Behind the Seams, is going to arrive just in time for Christmas gift-giving.
Where Storyteller studied Dolly's lyrics and songwriting, and Behind the Seams explored her decades of fashion and style, the new book, Star of the Show: My Life on Stage traces the artist's career from the early years to her status as a global superstar with her signature wit and heart.
Star of the Show is available in hardcover and a deluxe edition that has gilded pages, a cover with special effects, a satin ribbon marker and three 8-by-10 color prints, suitable for framing. An audiobook will also be available. All are available for pre-order now (at the link provided).
