In Dubai, a five-star restaurant is putting its menu into the hands of an AI chef. WOOHOO is set to open in September, with artificial intelligence “taking point on the menu, figuring out service, and deciding on the vibe of things.” The AI chef is named “Aiman” has been “trained on decades of food science research, molecular composition data, and over a thousand recipes from cooking traditions around the world.” Fortunately for guests, however, the actual food will be prepared by a human.
