Is Fall actually good for us?

Summer is officially over, and while that might be a bummer for those who enjoy summer fun, researchers point out that fall is actually good for the brain. Seems cooler temperatures and shorter days may help increase dopamine, which is the feel-good chemical linked to motivation and mood. So, as we're dealing with a shift in light, temperature, and routine, we can also enjoy feeling more focused and energized. This dopamine boost can be maximized with outdoor walks and winding down with relaxing rituals at night.
