How It Works

  • Desserts: Instead of skipping treats, enjoy half. Split that cookie and savor it guilt-free.
  • Workouts: Busy day? Do 15 minutes instead of 30. You’ll still get energy and endorphins.
  • Drinks: Estimate what you’d normally have, then cut it in half. You’ll avoid hangovers and sluggish mornings.

Apply this mindset to any goal that feels too big. Halving the target makes it achievable and keeps you engaged instead of giving up.
