A woman from Hays, Kansas donated 204 pairs of shoes to Nebraska flood victims after clearing out a closing Payless Shoe Source store. Addy Tritt bought all the remainingshoes at a Hayes store for $100, The Hays Post reported, after negotiating with the business when it dropped prices to $1 per pair. Th shoes were delivered earlier this week.
