A pilot on a Southwest flight from San Jose, California, to Hawaii last month gave a special shout-out to a passenger celebrating her victory over breast cancer. The woman's husband wrote an email to the airline ahead of time. A friend filmed her reaction as the announcement was made . . . and everyone cheered.
