In a recent interview with CMT, Jon Pardi shares that his first job in Nashville was as a lifeguard at an elementary school. This came after being a construction worker driving a bulldozer in California ten years ago before his music career took off.
Pardi moved to Nashville in 2008 to become a star at the age of 22. His parents had divorced, and his mom had just remarried. He was ready for the move.
