Warren Buffett is once again holding his annual NCAA Men's Basketball pool for his employees.
He has upped his game from previous years. If an employee can pick the first 32 games correctly and nail the correct Sweet 16, they will win $1 million A YEAR FOR LIFE from Buffett.
The odds that they can correctly pick the sweet 16 (the first 32 NCAA basketball games) is estimated to be around 1-in-1.9 million.
He has also upped it a bit. If the Creighton Bluejays win the tournament, he will up that prize to $2 million per year for life.
