I have seen a lot of great pranks before. This one is pretty good.
But, the best of all time? Not so sure.
Granted, there was no damage done.
And, nobody got hurt.
The whole things was incredibly creative. I'm not sure how they pulled it off without getting noticed. There was definitely some planning.
The fact that they turned it into a drunk driving public service announcement was pretty cool.
Ok, maybe it is up there with some of the best.
