Uber driver Nancy Rivera was driving her shift when she picked up a nurse from the Nashville hospital.
The nurse told Nancy that they were typically working 12- to 14-hour shifts at the hospital with nothing to eat. The cafeteria isn't open 24-hours a day.
That is when Nancy kicked into action.
She purchased $12,000 in food for the workers at the hospital and delivered the goods.
