Joe Hylton was driving his delivery truck when he came across an accident. Both vehicles had been nearly destroyed.
Mr. Hylton got out of his truck and began directing traffic in the night away from the accident.
That is when a frantic dad came running up yelling that he couldn't find his daughter. She had been in one of the crash vehicles when the accident happened and had been ejected.
Joe started searching the wet area along side of the road. That is when he discovered the little girl.
