A woman has found a way to make perfectly crisp roast chicken... by using a $400 hair dryer! Helen Rosner, a food writer for the New Yorker, shared a photo of herself using a the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer as a way to roast chicken.
“Happy snow day, I am using an astonishingly expensive hair dryer to remove all moisture from a chicken to maximize skin crispiness when I roast it,” Rosner writes.
