Research Shows Beauty Sleep Is Real

It turns out beauty sleep is a real thing. A study conduct by the mattress brand Sealy reveals people need nine to ten hours to look beautiful, and that the best time to hit the hay is at 9:55 p.m. and the best time to awake is at 6:55 a.m. Sealy sleep expert Neil Robinson says, "Many of us strive to look and feel good, and spend a large amount of money trying to do so. However, we seem to forget that achieving a better night’s sleep can positively impact our overall appearance. With this in mind, it’s important to consider the quality of sleep you are getting and doing everything possible to create an environment which makes quality sleep more likely." (Yahoo
