The Biggest Incentive to Lose Weight Might Surprise!

A new study published in a medical journal suggests that the best incentive for losing weight and being healthy ... is cold hard cash. As part of the study-published in JAMA Internal Medicine-some participants were offered a cash incentive for losing weight or completing a physical activity. Those who received cash were more likely to lose weight than those who were simply offered diet tools like books and fitness trackers, or a membership to a weight loss program.
