According to a new study, we're all stressed out, and there's a peak time for that stress -- 7:23 a.m. People have an average of three stressful experiences a day, according to the survey, and that's the time when we reach our breaking point.
Participants said their top everyday stressors were being stuck in traffic, spilling something on their clothes, and accidentally dropping and breaking something. But those involved in the survey took some responsibility -- 25% said that they freaked out most over things that were their own fault, like waking up late.
