You can enjoy any of our national parks for free when the National Park Service waives admission during four different days this year.
The four fee-free days are:
- April 22: First day of National Park Week
- August 4: Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
- September 23: National Public Lands Day
- November 11: Veterans' Day

A program called all fourth-graders and their families free entrance to national parks just by filling out a diary of the things they'd like to do during their park visits and printing out a pass to present at park entrances.
