Researchers studied nearly 250 people who lived to be over 100 years old and figured out two simple things that most of these people had in common.
It seems living long isn't necessarily about exercising and eating right. Instead, the key to living a long, long life involves having a positive attitude and having a high degree of emotional awareness.
Being peaceful and happy -- and optimistic -- is a huge deal.
So is your ability to not bottle up your emotions. It's important to be able to communicate how you feel to those around you, so you can be a better friend and partner.
