We all deserve self-care. We all deserve that week-long vacation or spa day. But sometimes, whether it be because of work, finances, or something else, those big acts of self-care aren’t possible.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still be giving yourself some love! You should be. Like we just said – you deserve it. There are plenty of small things you can do daily, like so small they take only 60 seconds to do, that’ll give you some TLC. Plus, they won’t break the bank. Try doing these acts of self-care daily. All of them take under a minute!
- Brain dump into a journal
- Light a candle
- Drink a glass of water
- Text your bestie
- Step outside
- Hold a stretch
- Hug it out – yes, give yourself a hug (or hug someone else!)
- Repeat a positive affirmation
- List three things you’re grateful for
- Smile
