- The average American spends about two and a half hours a day “dreamscrolling” - or looking at things they’d like to own one day, according to new research.
- A survey from financial planning site Empower finds nearly three-quarters (71%) say dreamscrolling is time well spent because it helps motivate them with their financial goals.
- Half of the 2-thousand people polled admit to dreamscrolling on the job, and 20% of those confess to spending three to four hours a day multitasking at work.
