When couples go on vacation, they want adventure, relaxation, and a good night's sleep. That's why more and more couples these days are booking hotel rooms with two beds instead of a king size. According to a new Hilton report, 37% of couples say they want a "sleep divorce" when they go on vacation and choose to sleep in separate beds. They say it's helping them get better rest, but also improving their relationships. Experts agree. They say sleeping separately can reduce disturbances from snoring, different sleep schedules, and other factors that might disrupt sleep.
