- The FDA is warning that consuming 13-ounce bags of Frito-Lay potato chips could be fatal.
- A new recall on the chips is at the administration's highest risk level due to the possibility of an undeclared milk allergen.
- Milk is one of the FDA's eight "major food allergens".
- Thankfully, no allergic reactions connected to the chips have been reported at this time.
- The affected bags have a guaranteed fresh date of February 11th and a manufacturing code of either either "6462307xx" or "6463307xx".
- If you have a recalled bag, throw them out immediately or return them to your point of purchase.
