It was only a matter of time until the King of Texas organized a benefit for flood relief.
George Strait has announced his Strait to the Heart concert on July 27th in Boerne, Texas. Also taking the stage that night will be William Beckmann, Ray Benson, Wade Bowen, Dean Dillon, Riley Green, Randy Houser, Jamey Johnson, Kyle Park and Hudson Westbrook.
The event is limited to 1000 guests, and tickets start at $1000. Local first responders will be offered complimentary tickets. Proceeds will go to the Vaqueros del Mar Texas Flood Relief Fund and be distributed directly to affected families and to Hill Country charitable funds. (Billboard)
