Are you looking for an adorably sweet cuddlebug?

Xochitl-Little White Dog Rescue

Are you looking for an adorably sweet cuddlebug?  Xochitl (So-Chee) may be your girl!  Xochitl is a long-haired Chihuahua, around two to three years old, who came to her foster home from a puppy mill, bringing along her little baby Xerxes.  Now that Xerxes has found his forever home, Xochitl is excited to find her perfect family.  Xochitl has a genetic condition called a “micro-eye” which means her right eye is smaller than her left eye.  She is blind in this eye but it doesn’t bother her and she does great with sight in her left eye.  It’s really all she’s ever known so she doesn’t pay it any mind.

Since she came from a puppy mill, Xochitl’s foster family is absolutely shocked at what a good pet she is.  She wants nothing more than to sit in her human’s lap, give a kiss, then watch TV or nap with her person.  She loves to follow the humans around and observe the world around her.  Xochitl is working on her house manners and uses a puppy pad in her playpen while her foster humans are at work.  The arrival of spring weather is helping her work on her potty training.  There is nothing more adorable than her little “happy feet” dance when her humans greet her first thing in the morning or after work.  She loves, loves, loves to prance and play in the yard.  It is so sweet to watch her truly enjoy life outside of a cage!

Xochitl does well with other dogs, cats and well-mannered children.  She seems to really enjoy attention from any two or four-legged soul who is sweet to her.

Her adoption fee is $300 and she will come to her new home spayed, microchipped, current on vaccines and ready to give lots of love and kisses.  If you think you might be a good fit, please complete Xochitl’s application.

Little White Dog Rescue has a meet and greet on Saturday June 2 from 11 am – 1 pm.  Come see us at Petco (12410 K Plaza) to find your new furry friend.
