  6. Add a bestselling book to your reading list. Reading stimulates your mind, and takes you on adventures without you ever having to leave your couch. 
  7. Unplug from your electronics for a bit. Unplug, get active, and don't resort to a quick fix to fill your time. 
  8. Ask out your crush. It's always exciting going on a date with someone you've been crushing on.
