12 Yummy Alcohol-Free Fourth of July Drink Recipes

Celebrating the Fourth of July offers the perfect opportunity to spend time with friends and family of all ages. With that in mind, Bustle has compiled a list of 12 tasty non-alcoholic drinks to bring to the barbecue. Here they are:

  1. Mango, banana and coconut tropical smoothie. Blend mango, banana and coconut for a delicious tropical smoothie.
  2. Watermelon agua fresca with basil and cayenne. This non-alcoholic drink is made with fresh fruits, sugar and chilled water. Add cayenne for a kick.
  3. Strawberry ā€œchampagneā€ shake. Blend sparkling grape juice, strawberries and tofu for a tasty vegan treat.
  4. Fruit-infused water. Combine fruit, water, and mint; it doesn't get much easier than that.
  5. Fizzy blueberry basil punch. Combine blueberries, basil, water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer it until the blueberries dissolve and the liquid is deep purple.
  6. Blueberry lemonade. Add some blueberry syrup to elevate your average lemonade to something magical.
  7. Easy peach limeade. To make sure that you don't lose any of the precious peach juice, smush the peaches right into the limeade.
  8. Ducle de bacon milkshake. Place ice cream, milk, dulce de leche, and chopped bacon in a blender.
  9. Cucumber ginger mint agua fresca. This one combines fresh cucumber, mint and ginger with water and a little sugar (or agave) for sweetness.
  10. Pomegranate shrub. Shrubs are sweet, concentrated syrups made from seasonal fruit, sugar, and vinegar.
  11. Match iced latte. Put a few teaspoons of matcha powder in a measuring cup and add a few tablespoons of hot water; transfer it to the fridge or freezer to chill. After the matcha cools, add ice, almond milk and a splash of simple syrup.
  12. PB & J Smoothie. It's the smoothie version of everybody's favorite sandwich. You literally get to drink PB and J. No further questions.
