In a preview for this week's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardshians, Kim Kardashian reveals that her doctor wants her to give her wrist a break and take less selfies. "My hand hurts. I forgot my brace," she tells Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner in the clip. She then asks a camera crew member named Paxy to take her photo. "The doctor says I can only hold my phone like this," Kim explains. "So, I'm having Paxy take my pics so I can rest my hands." Kris praises Kim for her idea and notes, "We don't want you out of commission."
